This manual dovetail machine is designed to cut dovetails for drawers and various furniture components. Equipped with a router spindle, the machine enables the cutting of dovetails with adjustable height. The DT45 can create four distinct types of dovetails with varying pitches. The manual locking and unlocking of pieces is facilitated by an eccentric clamp.
The machine's construction, featuring cast iron and steel, ensures added stability and durability. The cutter height range of 3/16" to 3/4" accommodates diverse cutting depths and board thicknesses. An eccentric spindle collet allows for the resharpening of cutters.
The extra-large soft grip handle provides positive control and comfort during operation. Four dovetail center lines, positioned at 1", 1-1/2", 2", and 2-1/2", enable the creation of a custom appearance. Precision linear carriage bearings, sealed on both ends, prevent dust buildup and ensure smooth performance.
